1. Who we are

Gojoweb ("we", "us") is a company based in the United States that builds and hosts websites for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through gojoweb.com and how we use it.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and business name.
• Project information you share in your brief or by email, such as text, images and details about your business.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your payment, your billing details and the status of your plan.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

3. How we use it

• To build, launch and host your website.
• To take payment and manage your hosting plan.
• To reply to your questions and provide support.
• To send you service messages, such as order confirmations and billing notices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting provider and our email delivery provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

gojoweb.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use one small cookie to remember your language choice. When you check out, Stripe may set cookies it needs to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

7. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom

We use your information to carry out our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. Your information is processed in the United States by us and by our service providers. You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date above and tell existing customers by email.
