1. What we do

Gojoweb ("we", "us") is a company based in the United States that designs, builds and hosts websites. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. These terms apply when you place an order on gojoweb.com. By ordering, you agree to them.

2. What you buy

• Website build, $500 one time. We design and build a custom website for your business and launch it on your domain.
• Hosting plan, $30 per month. This keeps your website online. It covers hosting, the email features on your domain and your SSL certificate. It does not include changes to your website after launch (see section 7).

The website build and the hosting plan are sold together. Your website runs on our hosting, so it needs an active hosting plan to stay online.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver a preview of your website within 48 hours of receiving your completed project brief. That timing depends on you sending us the information and materials we need. If your project is larger than a standard build, we will tell you before we start.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The build fee is charged when you order. The hosting plan is billed automatically each month, in advance, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may be offered the option to pay in your local currency. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout.

If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause your website and email until the balance is paid.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel your hosting plan at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your website and email stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then go offline. Monthly payments already made are not refunded.

6. Refunds

If you change your mind before we start work on your website, we refund your order in full. Once we have sent you a preview, the build fee is not refundable, because the work has been done. If you are unhappy with your preview, tell us and we will work with you to put it right.

7. Changes to your website

You can request changes to your preview before launch. After launch, any further work on your website, such as edits, new pages or new features, is not part of the hosting plan. We send you a quote first, and the work is invoiced separately once you approve it.

8. Your content

Your domain name, logo, text and images always belong to you. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, and you allow us to use it to build and host your website. If you cancel, you can ask us for a copy of your content.

9. Acceptable use

We do not build or host websites that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful or that infringe someone else's rights. We may decline or end service where that is the case.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep your website online and fast, but no hosting service can promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms or our prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
